Definition: A type of pervasive developmental disorder that is defined by a period of entirely normal development before the onset of the disorder, followed by a definite loss of previously acquired skills in several areas of development over the course of a few months. Any transfer of defence-related products within the Community should be subject to prior authorisation through general, global or individual transfer licences granted or published by the Member State from whose territory the supplier wishes to transfer defence-related products.

The holder of this licence (2) is authorized to carry out international carriage of passengers by road for hire or reward in the territory of the Community pursuant to the conditions laid down by Council Regulation (EEC) No 684/92 of 16 March 1992, as amended by Regulation (EC) No 11/98 and in accordance with the general provisions of this licence.
