Article 6(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 of 31 August 2006 laying down common rules for the administration of import tariff quotas for agricultural products managed by a system of import licences provides that applicants for import licence should not lodge more than one import licence application for the same quota order number in respect of an import tariff quota period.
Krachtens artikel 6, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1301/2006 van de Commissie van 31 augustus 2006 houdende gemeenschappelijke voorschriften voor het beheer van door middel van een stelsel van invoercertificaten beheerde invoertariefcontingenten voor landbouwproducten mogen aanvragers van invoercertificaten ten aanzien van een invoertariefcontingentsperiode niet meer dan één invoercertificaataanvraag voor hetzelfde contingentvolgnummer indienen.

1. The communication of licence applications, as referred to in Article 11(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006, shall take place by the 14th day of the month in which applications are submitted.
