However, would Senator Carstairs not agree that Minister Roger Grimes made it abundantly clear to the participants at every session of the so-called Framework Agreement meetings held between the various denominations and the Government of Newfoundland, that no matter how many concessions they made, the Government of Newfoundland would still insist on the passage of this amended Term 17?
