If your union and your membership, under whatever guise, cannot manage a collective bargaining situation without ending up with rotating strikes that back up railway cars and keep ships tied up and costing $300,000 a day, if people are not lying to us, because they cannot be loaded or unloaded, why should the Canadian public have to pay for that?
