However, I am saying that with respect to the unanimous amendment that is required for the Constitution to be changed, if the people of Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick vote against abolition, that will make a unanimous amendment impossible, and that would also be sanctified by public involvement, not just a view of premiers unrelated to public vote.
