Every single one of those vessels I just mentioned can be built in Lévis, Quebec; Marystown, Newfoundland; and should have been done in Saint John, New Brunswick, but it's too late; possibly in Halifax; and most importantly, even though I'm not from the west, the Victoria Shipyards in B.C. If you really want to help out the regions of the country, give us the development attitude towards shipbuilding—just like you do towards the aerospace industry—and we will be able to proceed in a very positive nature.
Chacun de ces navires peut être construit à Lévis, au Québec, à Marystown, à Terre-Neuve, et aurait dû l'être à Saint-John, au Nouveau-Brunswick, mais c'est trop tard.
