It does not seem uncommon. If 60% of the world's mining companies are registered in Canada and a certain percentage of them said they didn't like Bill C-300 but still wanted to continue to work in Argentina and so were going to change jurisdiction and simply pick up and pull out of Canada, as far as their head office was concerned, then there really wouldn't be any net positive result, from your perspective, in Argentina, would there?
Si 60 p. 100 des entreprises minières du monde sont domiciliées au Canada, et qu'une certaine proportion de ces entreprises s'opposent au projet de loi C-300, mais souhaitent tout de même continuer à opérer en Argentine, ne pourraient-elles pas simplement changer de ressort et élire domicile ailleurs qu'au Canada, en installant leur siège social dans un autre pays.
