- having regard to the Joint Statement on decentralised agencies and the Common Approach annexed thereto, agreed in June 2012 by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission, resulting from the work of the Interinstitutional Working Group on decentralised agencies created in March 2009, and in particular the sections on governance, operation, programming, accountability and transparency of the Common Approach,
- vu la déclaration commune sur les agences décentralisées et l’approche commune qui y est jointe, approuvées en juin 2012 par le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission, découlant des travaux du groupe de travail interinstitutionnel sur les agences décentralisées créé en mars 2009, et en particulier les sections de l’approche commune sur la gouvernance, le fonctionnement, la programmation, la responsabilité et la transparence,

3.
