Calls on the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) to help unify all Darfur rebel factions with a view to their taking part in international negotiations, and calls on the international community to bring pressure to bear on rebel groups to unify, further calls on the GoS to allow the rebels time to regroup;
