(3) A permittee, lessee or holder may, in lieu of the plan referred to in subsection (1), send to the Oil Conservation Engineer the aerial photograph referred to in subparagraph (1)(b)(ii) on which the surface position of the exploratory well has been clearly marked in a manner acceptable to the Surveyor General, after the position thereof has been determined by a field comparison between the site and the photograph.
(3) Le détenteur d’un permis ou de concession ou le titulaire des intérêts en cause peut, au lieu d’envoyer le plan visé au paragraphe (1), transmettre à l’ingénieur en conservation du pétrole la photographie aérienne visée au sous-alinéa (1)b)(ii), sur laquelle l’emplacement du puits a été indiqué clairement, d’une façon jugée acceptable par l’arpenteur général, après que l’emplacement dudit puits ait été déterminé à la suite d’une comparaison sur le terrain entre l’emplacement et la photographie.
