IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1406/2002, the Agency should report on the financial execution of the multiannual funding of the Agency in its annual report.

The European Parliament or the Council may invite the Executive Director to report on the carrying out of his/her tasks, in particular on the implementation and monitoring of the Fundamental Rights Strategy, the general report of the Agency for the previous year, the work programme for the following year and the Agency's multiannual plan referred to in point (i) of Article 20(2)’.

3. The Agency shall evaluate the results of the joint operations and pilot projects and transmit the detailed evaluation reports within 60 days following the end of those operations and projects to the Management Board, together with the observations of the Fundamental Rights Officer referred to in Article 26a. The Agency shall make a comprehensive comparative analysis of those results with a view to enhancing the quality, coherence and effectiveness of future joint operations and pilot projects and include it in its general report provided for in point (b) of Article 20(2).
3. L'Agence évalue les résultats des opérations conjointes et des projets pilotes et transmet les rapports d'évaluation détaillés au conseil d'administration dans les soixante jours suivant la fin de ces opérations et de ces projets, accompagnés des observations de l'officier aux droits fondamentaux visé à l'article 26 bis. L'Agence établit une analyse comparative globale de ces résultats afin d'améliorer la qualité, la cohérence et l'efficacité des opérations conjointes et des projets pilotes futurs et l'intègre dans son rapport général visé à l'article 20, paragraphe 2, point b).

The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council, on the basis of information provided by the Agency, a report on the implementation of this Regulation no later than 31 December 2010 The report, which shall be established without prejudice to the role of the Administrative Board of the Agency, shall set out the results of the utilisation of the Community contribution referred to in Article 4 as regards commitments and expenditure covering the period between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2009.
La Commission soumet au Parlement européen et au Conseil, en se fondant sur les informations fournies par l'Agence, un rapport sur la mise en œuvre du présent règlement au plus tard 31 décembre 2010. Le rapport, qui est établi sans préjudice du rôle du conseil d'administration de l'Agence, expose les résultats de l'utilisation de la contribution communautaire visée à l'article 4 en ce qui concerne les engagements et les dépenses couvrant la période allant du 1er janvier 2007 au 31 décembre 2009.

The Council calls on the Commission to promote cooperation between the Member States and the social partners at European level through the Agency, with a view to future enlargement and welcomes the Commission's intention to submit a proposal for improving the Agency's operation and tasks in the light of the external evaluation report and the Advisory Committee's opinion on that report.
Le Conseil invite la Commission à promouvoir la coopération entre les États membres et les partenaires sociaux au niveau européen, dans la perspective de l’élargissement futur, par le biais de l’Agence et se félicite de l’intention de la Commission de soumettre une proposition visant à améliorer le fonctionnement et les tâches de l’Agence à la lumière du rapport d’évaluation externe et de l’avis émis par le comité consultatif sur ce rapport.
