The authorisation by the Commission of the repayment agreement with a maximum economic value of EUR 1,8 billion is limited to an exceptional case similar to the present case, i.e. where and only to the extent the repayment would inevitably undermine the viability of the company and the restructuring plan is otherwise acceptable.
L'autorisation par la Commission de l'accord de remboursement d'une valeur économique maximale de 1,8 milliard d'euros est limitée à un cas exceptionnel comme en l'espèce, c'est‐à‐dire lorsque et uniquement dans la mesure où le montant du remboursement compromettrait inévitablement la viabilité de l'entreprise et où le plan de restructuration est sinon acceptable.
