If a building or part of one is used as an advance polling station, the building owner shall be paid rent, including the costs of heating, lighting, cleaning and furniture — when furniture is available — for the use of the premises for the three days that the advance poll is open and for the counting of the votes on the ordinary polling day, in an amount that does not exceed, per advance polling station
