Any downstream user benefiting from such an exemption shall send, by 31 January of each calendar year to the Member State in which the relevant electrolysis installation is located, a report indicating the amount of chrysotile used in diaphragms pursuant to the exemption.
Tout utilisateur en aval bénéficiant d'une telle exemption doit communiquer à l'État membre dans lequel sont situées les cellules d'électrolyse concernées, au plus tard le 31 janvier de chaque année civile, un rapport indiquant la quantité de chrysotile utilisée dans les diaphragmes au titre de l'exemption.
