Given the past and present hardships experienced by Canada's first nations, I think it would be considerably counterproductive to proceed any further on a bill that was not the outcome of a successful, cooperative and collaborative effort.
Compte tenu des difficultés passées et présentes vécues par les Premières nations du Canada, je crois qu'il serait extrêmement improductif d'aller de l'avant avec un projet de loi qui n'est pas le produit d'un effort coopératif et conjoint fructueux.
