Following the transmission of new information and after additional checks, the Commission can now take a decision on the integrality, accuracy and veracity of the accounts submitted by the German paying agency ‘Rheinland-Pfalz’ and the Dutch paying agency ‘Dienst Regelingen’.

The accounts of the German paying agency ‘Rheinland-Pfalz’ and the Dutch paying agency ‘Dienst Regelingen’ concerning expenditure financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF), in respect of the 2010 financial year, are hereby cleared.
Les comptes de l’organisme payeur allemand Rheinland-Pfalz et de l’organisme payeur néerlandais Dienst Regelingen concernant les dépenses financées par le Fonds européen agricole de garantie (FEAGA) pour l’exercice financier 2010 sont apurés par la présente décision.
