The funding package will enable Railtrack plc, under the ownership of Network Rail, to be brought out of administration and put an end to the uncertainty regarding the future of the British rail network, omnipresent ever since Railtrack plc was put under administration on 7 October 2001.
Cette enveloppe permettra de lever la tutelle administrative imposée à Railtrack plc, une fois racheté par Network Rail, ce qui mettra fin aux incertitudes qui pèsent sur l'avenir du réseau ferroviaire britannique depuis que Railtrack plc a été placé sous tutelle administrative le 7 octobre 2001.
