– (EL) Mr President, Madam President-in-Office of the Council, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, I, in turn, should like to congratulate Jacques Poos on the excellent report which he has presented to the House and to thank him for the highly democratic manner in which he dealt with the proposals and observations of the other members of the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, observations intended to improve the report.
- (EL) Monsieur le Président, Madame la Présidente en exercice du Conseil, Monsieur le Commissaire, chers collègues, je voudrais à mon tour féliciter mon collègue, Jacques Poos, pour l’excellent travail qu’il nous a présenté, et le remercier de la manière très démocratique dont il a traité les propositions et les observations des autres collègues de la commission des affaires constitutionnelles, observations qui visaient à améliorer son rapport.
