I was simply wondering whether there should be some protection for the party concerned, not perhaps in a situation where he failed to disclose information about the case in which he had been involved and so had not been admitted into the program, but something that would stipulate that the failure to disclose would not be attached to a case that did not involve his coming under the program in the first place.
Je me demandais simplement s'il ne faudrait pas prévoir une mesure de protection pour la personne en question, pas nécessairement au cas où elle ne communiquerait pas des renseignements touchant l'affaire à laquelle elle aurait été mêlée, ce qui l'aurait empêché de bénéficier du programme, mais une mesure stipulant que la non-communication de renseignements ne viserait pas une affaire n'ayant pas donné lieu à son admission au programme en premier lieu.
