I'm not asking for Air Canada to become an anarchy unto itself, but the rule would be simply stated: Laws and regulations of general application apply to it and nothing else that is special for it, if it is truly a private sector company.
Je ne demande pas qu'Air Canada soit complètement débridée, mais qu'on énonce simplement la règle: les lois et règlements d'application générale s'y appliquent et aucune autre disposition spéciale ne la vise s'il s'agit véritablement d'une société privée.
