2. Member States shall notify the Commission on the first Monday or Thursday, whichever is the later, following the day of entry into force of this Regulation, of the information referred to in the paragraph 1, using the template set out in Annex II, in relation to withdrawal, non-harvesting or green harvesting operations notified from 18 August 2014 until the date of entry into force of this Regulation, inclusive.
2. Les États membres notifient à la Commission le premier lundi ou jeudi (le jour le plus tardif étant retenu) suivant la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, les informations visées au paragraphe 1, en utilisant le modèle établi à l'annexe II, en ce qui concerne les opérations de retrait, de non-récolte ou de récolte en vert notifiées entre le 18 août 2014 et la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement (incluse).
