- 2 - Après avoir reçu une série d'informations d'engagements complémentaires, la Commission décide (sur base des critères définis par le 2eme memorandum relatif à la politique aériene communautaire en matière d'aides d'Etat) que l'aide peut être accordée (aux conditions fixées dans le premier paragraphe de cette note) car : - elle sera unique et destinée à restaurer en une période limitée la viabilité économique de la compagnie permettant ainsi l'entrée d'un partenaire industriel et la transformation de la SABENA en entreprise de droit commun, - l'aide est raisonnablement liée aux difficultés de l'entreprise et ne transfèrera pas ses problèmes sur le secteur puisque la restructuration et la rationalisation de l'entreprise aboutira dans un premier temps à une réduction de la capacité de l'entreprise, - le gouvernement belge a manifesté son intention de ne pas accorder de traitement privilégié à la compagnie SABENA par rapport aux autres compagnies aériennes communautaires.
