On a proposal from Mr Bruce Millan, Member of the Commission with responsibility for regional policies, the Commission has adopted the decisions granting assistance from the European Regional Development Fund to three major infrastructure projects in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. The total amount involved is ECU 13 million (FF 86 million) out of a total investment of ECU 83 million.
