(14a) This Decision aims to contribute to the realisation of the objectives of the Europe 2020 Strategy, to the extent that facilitating the freedom of movement of persons and enhancing workers' mobility are important means by which to address the consequences of demographic change on the labor market and to increase the employability of people and the competitiveness of European industries.
(14 bis) La présente décision a pour finalité de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de la stratégie Europe 2020, dans la mesure où le fait de faciliter la libre circulation des personnes et la mobilité des travailleurs est un moyen important de contrer les effets du changement démographique sur le marché du travail et d'améliorer l'employabilité des personnes et la compétitivité des industries européennes.
