Notes the intention of the Commission to carry out a feasibility study with a view to presenting a proposal to set up a Joint Inspection Structure (JIS) on the basis, inter alia, of a Community Fisheries Control Agency (CFCA) at the Community level with a view to ensuring the co-ordinated deployment of national means of inspection and surveillance.
