Que l'on parle de Kyoto ou de qualité générale de l'air, je crois que pour convaincre le public de l'utilité de l'action qu'on envisage de prendre sur ces différentes questions, il faut en fait lui montrer ce qu'il va économiser, non pas en argent ni en choix économiques, mais en choix qui vont être faits dans l'optique de la santé et il nous faut procéder aux travaux de recherche voulus sur ces stratégies et, d'une certaine façon, il faut que nous ayons une information tout à fait à jour pour ne pas remplacer un problème existant par quelque chose qu'on ne connaît pas bien et qui pourrait nous engager sur une voie qui n'est pas bonne.
