In particular, the Commission will examine under which circumstances INTERREG alone could fund entire projects which are partly located outside EU territory, such as bridges which span a border, and projects which do not involve investment in physical infrastructure, e.g. cultural exchanges with a border area in a candidate country.
La Commission examinera en particulier les conditions auxquelles le programme INTERREG pourrait financer seul la totalité de projets situés partiellement en dehors du territoire de l'UE comme, par exemple, les ponts transnationaux ou les projets n'impliquant pas d'investissement dans des infrastructures physiques, tels que les échanges culturels avec une zone frontière d'un pays candidat.
