De plus, afin d’apprécier correctement les progrès accomplis et d’indiquer ainsi les modifications qui restent à apporter, nous ne devrions pas seulement prendre en considération le rapport de la Commission européenne, mais également les analyses des différents organismes internationaux et d’autres instituts de recherche indépendants, dont l’avis peut être d’une aide précieuse dans l’examen et l’évaluation de la capacité de la Bulgarie à cet égard dans la perspective de son intégration dans l’Union européenne.
