The contribution that the Community as such can make to the new world order can, to use an image from the plant world, be considered something of a hybrid, what is produced by crossing a world power with an international organization.
Quant à la contribution que la Communauté elle-même peut apporter, en tant que telle, à un nouvel ordre mondial, il me semble qu'on peut la considérer, pour prendre une analogie végétale, comme un hybride. Une sorte de produit du croisement entre les gênes d'une puissance et ceux d'une organisation internationale.
