As has been made clear in my remarks today, there is no question that the government has given proper consideration to the various recommendations made by the House of Commons and the Senate and that, in doing so, we have improved both the investigative hearing and the recognizance with conditions provisions.
Comme je l'ai clairement exprimé aujourd'hui, il ne fait aucun doute que le gouvernement a soigneusement examiné les diverses recommandations faites par la Chambre des communes et le Sénat et que, en ce faisant, il a amélioré les dispositions portant sur les investigations et sur l'engagement assorti de conditions.
