Urges the Commission to review the operation of the arrangements for mutual recognition of PPP authorisations laid down in Article 40 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, with a view to streamlining their implementation and removing any unnecessary red tape, and consider the long-term goal of global harmonisation for regulating PPPs and reducing non-tariff trade barriers to export trade;
21. prie instamment la Commission de contrôler le bon fonctionnement de la reconnaissance mutuelle des autorisations accordées aux produits phytopharmaceutiques, exposée à l'article 40 du règlement (CE) nº 1107/2009, afin d'en faciliter l'application et de lever les éventuels obstacles bureaucratiques et administratifs, et d'envisager l'objectif à long terme d'une harmonisation mondiale de la réglementation des PPP et d'une réduction des obstacles non tarifaires au commerce d'exportation;
