Following discussions at the highest level between the Commission, the EU Presidency and Poland on 3 April 2007, Poland gave a positive signal by lifting its reserve on the negotiating directives for the new EU-Russia framework agreement, a move welcomed by the Commission, The Commission then continued its efforts to ensure that this leads to the lifting of the bans and agreement to launch negotiations for the new Agreement.
À la suite de discussions au sommet entre la Commission, la présidence de l’UE et la Pologne le 3 avril 2007, la Pologne a émis un signal positif en levant sa réserve sur les directives de négociation pour le nouvel accord-cadre UE-Russie, ce qui a été salué par la Commission.
