The decision on France, on the other hand, was to make a token gesture and issue a minor reprimand, but to state that the situation there is quite acceptable. Yet, I note that France patently does not respect its commitments.
Concernant la France, on nous dit : "voilà, pour la France, en revanche, on lui fait un petit signe, on lui donne une petite réprimande, mais en réalité nous acceptons". Or, je constate que la France ne respecte pas ses engagements.
