The Commission finds that on the basis of the information communicated by the Hungarian authorities and the updated restructuring plan of FHB set out in section IV of this Decision, the implemented support measures in form of a liquidity support loan and a recapitalisation are compatible with the internal market pursuant to Article 107(3)(b) of the Treaty and fulfil the requirements of the Restructuring Communication in terms of viability, burden-sharing and measures to mitigate the distortions of competition.
En se fondant sur les informations transmises par les autorités hongroises ainsi que sur le nouveau plan de restructuration communiqué par FHB et exposé à la partie IV de la présente décision, la Commission estime que les mesures d'aide accordée sous la forme d'un prêt pour le renforcement des liquidités et d'une recapitalisation sont compatibles avec le marché intérieur, en vertu de l'article 107, paragraphe 3, point b), du traité, et répondent aux critères de la communication sur la restructuration en termes de viabilité, de répartition des charges et de mesures pour limiter les distorsions de concurrence.
