(DE) The fact is, Madam Federal Chancellor – and please excuse my German as I say this – that the problem in Europe is not only that there are people who lack jobs, but that there is also a lack of enterprise and a lack of entrepreneurs – phenomena for which, I know, there are no words in German.
(DE) Le fait est, Madame la Chancelière fédérale, - et je vous prie d’excuser mon allemand en disant cela - que le problème en Europe ne se limite pas à l’absence d’emploi pour nombre de citoyens, mais réside aussi dans un manque d’esprit d’entreprise et d’entrepreneurs - un phénomène pour lequel il n’y a pas, à ma connaissance, de termes en allemand.
