It should be RDD – research, demonstration and delivery – and with some of the funding certainly dependent on a successful outcome, otherwise every professor around Europe will be trying to do research, and it will be uncoordinated at the end of the day.
On devrait en fait parler de RDF – recherche, démonstration et fourniture – et conditionner une partie du financement à l’obtention de résultats positifs, sinon tout professeur européen tentera de faire des recherches et, au bout du compte, celles-ci ne seront pas coordonnées.
