In line with the renewed consensus on enlargement approved by the European Council on 14 and 15 December 2006, and the Council conclusions of 5 December 2011, the Council welcomes the communication from the Commission of 10 October 2012 on the Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2012-2013, the progress reports on Turkey, Iceland, Montenegro, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the comprehensive monitoring report on Croatia's state of preparedness for EU membership, and notes the feasibility study for a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with Kosovo and takes note of the conclusions and recommendations therein.

Conformément au consensus renouvelé sur l'élargissement approuvé par le Conseil européen les 14 et 15 décembre 2006 et aux conclusions du Conseil du 5 décembre 2011, le Conseil accueille avec satisfaction la communication de la Commission du 10 octobre 2012 intitulée "Stratégie d'élargissement et principaux défis 2012-2013", les rapports de suivi concernant la Turquie, l'Islande, le Monténégro, l'ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine, la Serbie, l'Albanie et la Bosnie-Herzégovine, ainsi que le rapport global de suivi sur le degré de préparation de la Croatie en vue de son adhésion à l'UE et prend note de l'étude de faisabilité concernant un accord de stabilisation et d’association avec le Kosovo et des conclusions et des recommandations qui y figurent.

In line with the renewed consensus on enlargement approved by the European Council on 14 and 15 December 2006, and the Council conclusions of 14 December 2010, the Council welcomes the communication from the Commission of 12 October 2011 on the Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2011-2012, as well as the Opinion on Croatia's accession to the European Union, the Opinion on Serbia’s application for membership, and the progress reports “Turkey”, “Croatia”, “Iceland”, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, “Montenegro”, “Albania”, “Bosnia and Herzegovina” and “Kosovo ”, and takes good note of the conclusions and recommendations therein.
Conformément au consensus renouvelé sur l'élargissement approuvé par le Conseil européen les 14 et 15 décembre 2006 et aux conclusions qu'il a adoptées le 14 décembre 2010, le Conseil accueille avec satisfaction la communication de la Commission du 12 octobre 2011 intitulée "Stratégie d'élargissement et principaux défis 2011-2012", l'avis sur l'adhésion de la Croatie à l'Union européenne, l'avis sur la demande d'adhésion de la Serbie, ainsi que les rapports de suivi concernant la Turquie, la Croatie, l'Islande, l'ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine, le Monténégro, l'Albanie, la Bosnie-Herzégovine et le Kosovo , et prend bonne note des conclusions et des recommandations qui y figurent.

The Council recalls that the Dialogue, and agreements reached through the Dialogue, will continue to be of crucial importance for both parties as they take further steps towards fulfilling their EU perspective, and calls upon both parties to intensify their work in the coming period, with a view to achieving the objectives set out in the European Commission's Communication on Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2011-2012.
Le Conseil rappelle que le dialogue et les accords qu'il permet de conclure continueront d'avoir une importance capitale pour les deux parties à mesure qu'elles franchissent de nouvelles étapes vers la concrétisation de leur perspective européenne. Il demande aux deux parties d'intensifier leurs travaux dans les mois qui viennent, afin de se conformer aux objectifs fixés dans la communication de la Commission intitulée "Stratégie d'élargissement et principaux défis 2011-2012".

Conformément au consensus renouvelé sur l'élargissement approuvé par le Conseil européen les 14 et 15 décembre 2006 et aux conclusions qu'il a adoptées le 8 décembre 2009, le Conseil salue la communication de la Commission du 9 novembre 2010 intitulée "Stratégie d'élargissement et principaux défis 2010-2011", ainsi que les avis sur le Monténégro et l'Albanie et les rapports de suivi concernant la Turquie, la Croatie, l'Islande, l'Ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine, la Serbie, la Bosnie-Herzégovine et le Kosovo .

RECALLING the Commission Communication entitled "a Forestry Strategy for the EU " and the Council Resolution on the same issue, as responses to the request of the European Parliament, presenting the strategy focusing mainly on forests and forestry and referring to the more detailed analysis of the Forest-based Industries in a forthcoming communication;
