Notwithstanding such certification, however, the Minister may submit the report for review to the Director of Medical Services of the Department of Veterans Affairs or to such other medical adviser as may be named by the Minister for that purpose, and he may require the insured to be examined by another physician; and in determining whether proof of disability as aforesaid has been established, the Minister shall take into account not only the said report or reports, but all other information available to him.
Toutefois, nonobstant cette attestation, le ministre peut soumettre les constatations du médecin examinateur à l’étude du Directeur des Services médicaux du ministère des Affaires des anciens combattants, ou de tout autre médecin consultant que ledit ministre jugera à propos de nommer pour procéder à cette étude. Le ministre peut également exiger que l’assuré soit examiné par un autre médecin. Lorsque le ministre décidera si la preuve de l’incapacité susmentionnée a été établie, il devra tenir compte non seulement des susdits examens ou constatations des médecins, mais, aussi, de tous les autres renseignements dont il disposera.
