I think Minister Dhaliwal said pretty clearly in the period just before Christmas that this was an area of concern to him, for two reasons: it's an area of concern in the context of the Oceans Act, but it's an area of concern for him to the extent that he's responsible for the implementation of the Fisheries Act.
