The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Republic of Serbia have signed today a funding agreement for a EUR 3 million grant for the preparation of the Corridor X motorway project. The agreement was signed at the EIB headquarters in Luxembourg by Dario Scannapieco, Vice-President of the EIB responsible for operations in the Western Balkans, and the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister, Bozidar Djelic, on the occasion of the Fifth Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) Steering Committee meeting.
Luxembourg – La Banque européenne d'investissement (BEI) et la République de Serbie ont signé ce jour un accord de financement portant sur une aide non remboursable de 3 millions d'EUR à l'appui de la phase préparatoire du projet d'autoroute du corridor X. Cet accord a été signé au siège de la BEI à Luxembourg par Dario Scannapieco, vice-président de la BEI chargé des activités dans les Balkans occidentaux, et Bozidar Djelic, vice-premier ministre serbe, à l'occasion de la cinquième réunion du comité directeur du Cadre d'investissement en faveur des Balkans occidentaux (Western Balkans Investment Framework, WBIF).
