We will be talking about cybersecurity a little later, but we will begin on a topic that we have touched on most recently when we were on the West Coast and were briefed on the whole Asia-Pacific tilt or pivot that we see on the part of Western nations. The region has become hugely important in world affairs; the U.S. military is rapidly rebalancing its forces there, as they say, largely because of the rise of China.
