The Council recalled its condemnation of the recent action by the FRY authorities against the independent media and agreed to impose a visa ban on FRY and Serb personalities responsible for the repression of independent media in the FRY, in the form of a Common Position to be adopted within the end of the year, and has instructed its competent bodies to finalise the relevant text.
