The Veteran covenants and agrees that the title, ownership and right of possession of any livestock, farm equipment and other chattels as described in any Purchasing Orders, together with the natural increase of such livestock held as security by the Director, whether purchased by the Director for the Veteran or title to which is transferred as security to the Director, shall remain in the possession of the Director until all moneys herein agreed to be paid and all other charges are fully paid or until the title, ownership, and right of possession are transferred by the Director to the Veteran under the relevant provisions of the Act.
10.
