TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In the abovementioned letter Mr Andriessen announced that, inter alia: 1. a Commission representative on the spot, working with a group of experts, would ensure that there was constant coordination between the various operations initiated by the public authorities or non-governmental bodies; 2. the Community would finance the purchase and supply of heating and sanitary installations for Romanian orphanages as needs were established; 3. the Community would finance supplies of fuel (oil) for the orphanages; 1 IP(90)839. 2 IP(90)865. - 2 - 4. the aid from the Commission was intended for all orphanages in Romania, but a start was to be made on the immediate needs already identified by the non-governmental organizations; 2. to finance these operations, the following arrangements had been made: - the abovementioned ECU 3 million committed under Article 996 of the 1990 budget would be used; - the abovementioned ECU 2.7 million already committed under Article 956 of the 1990 budget would be used; - the resources generated by the couterpart fund set up in conjunction with the Community food aid programme for Romania, itself established in Spring 1990, would be used.
Dans la lettre précitée, le Vice-Président Andriessen a notamment annoncé : 1. qu'un représentant de la Commission assurera sur place en coopération avec un groupe d'experts la coordination permanente des différentes actions à entreprendre tant sur le plan des initiatives publiques que par les organisations non gouvernementales; 2. le financement par la Communauté d'achat et de fourniture d'installations de chauffage et sanitaires en fonction des besoins des orphelinats en Roumanie; 3. le financement par la Communauté de la fourniture du combustible (pétrole) pour les orphelinats; (1) voir IP(90)839 (2) voir IP 865 - 2 - 4. l'aide de la Commission européenne concerne l'ensemble des orphelinats en Roumanie en tenant compte entre autres des besoins immédiats déjà identifiés par les organisations non gouvernementales; 5. afin de financer ces différentes opérations, les dispositions suivantes sont prévues : - l'utilisation de 3 millions d'Ecus déjà engagés sur la ligne 996 du budget 1990 (voir plus haut) ; - l'utilisation de 2,7 millions d'Ecus déjà engagés sur la ligne 956 du budget 1990 (voir plus haut) ; - l'utilisation des fonds résultant du Fonds de Contrepartie établi en relation avec le Programme Communautaire d'aide alimentaire en faveur de la Roumanie et mis en place au printemps 1990.
