J. whereas the Ukrainian Ombudsperson’s Office confirmed that Yulia Tymoshenko was subjected to physical violence during the transfer from her cell to a hospital on 20 April 2012; whereas Ukraine has an international obligation to examine promptly and impartially any complaints of torture or other forms of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment;
J. considérant que le bureau du médiateur ukrainien a confirmé que Ioulia Timochenko avait subi des violences physiques lors de son transfert, le 20 avril 2012, entre la cellule de la prison et l'hôpital; que l'Ukraine est tenue par le droit international d'instruire à bref délai et d'une manière impartiale toute plainte pour tortures ou autres formes de traitement cruel, inhumain ou dégradant;
