The problem is that the representatives of the workers and creditors have not been called to a meeting of any kind either by the bankruptcy bodies or by the management or Telefónica, and this is impeding implementation of the agreement. In view of the helplessness of the workers and the Spanish Government’s failure to deliver on its commitments, does the Council not see a need for that government to intervene and fulfil those commitments, thereby resolving the SINTEL dispute once and for all?

Sachant que les intérêts des employés ne sont pas défendus et que le gouvernement espagnol ne tient pas ses engagements, le Conseil n’estime-t-il pas qu’il convient d’intervenir rapidement pour appliquer l’accord et régler ainsi une fois pour toutes le conflit SINTEL?
