The total allowable catch for grey seals is generally set giving the same overall considerations — the number of animals, the abundance, if it is well into the safe zone of our precautionary framework — and then taking into consideration the input from industry advisers wherein they quite often refer to the ecosystem impacts that Senator Cochrane referred to earlier in terms of the impact on other species.
