Objet: Avis sur la mobilisation du Fonds européen d'ajustement à la mondialisation (FEM) pour la demande EGF/2011/006 ES/Comunidad Valenciana – Construction de bâtiments, présentée par l'Espagne (COM(2012)53)

4. Congratulates Communidad Valenciana on the capacity to apply for and use EGF to address problems of its labour market characterised by a high percentage of SMEs; in this context recalls that Valenciana region has already applied for the EGF support on four instances for the textile, ceramic and natural stone as well as construction sector (Applications EGF/2009/0014 ES/Comunidad Valenciana; EGF/2010/005 ES/Comunidad Valenciana and EGF/2010/009 ES/Comunidad Valenciana, EGF/2011/006 ES/Comunidad Valenciana Construction of buildings;
4. félicite la Comunidad Valenciana pour sa capacité à solliciter et à utiliser l'aide du FEM pour s'attaquer aux problèmes touchant son marché de l'emploi, qui se caractérise par un fort pourcentage de PME; à cet égard, rappelle que la région de Valence a déjà sollicité l'aide du FEM à quatre reprises pour les secteurs du textile, de la céramique, de la pierre naturelle et de la construction (demandes EGF/2009/0014 ES/Comunidad Valenciana, EGF/2010/005 ES/Comunidad Valenciana, EGF/2010/009 ES/Comunidad Valenciana, EGF/2011/006 ES/Comunidad Valenciana – Construction de bâtiments);

4. Notes that the region of Comunidad Valenciana has been hit in the past by four mass dismissals and welcomes the fact that the region decided to use the EGF support to address those redundancies: EGF/2009/014 ES/Valencia - Ceramic industry, EGF/2010/005 ES/Valencia - Stone marble, EGF/2010/009 ES/Valencia - Textile sector, EGF/2011/006 ES/Comunidad Valenciana - Construction sector; welcomes the fact that the region is building on the experience with the EGF and has quickly assisted workers in several sectors;
4. relève que la région de la Comunidad Valenciana a été frappée précédemment par quatre licenciements collectifs et se félicite de ce que la région ait décidé d'avoir recours au soutien du Fonds pour y faire face: EGF/2009/014 ES/Comunidad Valenciana - Céramique, EGF/2010/005 ES/Comunidad Valenciana - Pierre naturelle, EGF/2010/009 ES/Comunidad Valenciana - Textiles, EGF/2011/006 ES/Comunidad Valenciana - Construction de bâtiments; se félicite de ce que la région s'appuie sur son expérience avec le Fonds et a apporté une assistance rapide aux travailleurs dans plusieurs secteurs;
