In regard to the 10% ownership in Air Canada, something that has received plenty of attention in the last few months, my own view is that these sorts of restrictions serve management far better than they serve shareholders, customers, or any other stakeholders.
En ce qui concerne la règle des 10 p. 100 pour la propriété d'Air Canada, une question qui a largement retenu l'attention ces derniers mois, j'estime que ce genre de restrictions sert beaucoup mieux la direction que les actionnaires, les clients ou les autres parties prenantes.
