Is he aware that over the last eight years the government has expended over $12 billion in infrastructure through the Canada works program, through the Canada provincial infrastructure programs, through the border infrastructure programs, through the highways infrastructure programs and now through the rebates to cities of the GST and the $5 billion on top of the $12.5 billion that goes to cities through rebates on the return of gas taxes?
Sait-il que, au cours des huit dernières années, le gouvernement a dépensé plus de 12 milliards de dollars en infrastructures par le truchement du Programme Canada au travail, de programmes d'infrastructure fédéraux-provinciaux, de programmes d'infrastructure frontalière et de programmes d'infrastructure routière, et maintenant au moyen du remboursement de la TPS aux villes?
